Hot Melt Adhesives and Applications
Hot melts are 100% solid, non toxic adhesives containing no solvents or water. Available in rigid stick, slug or cartridge form. Adhesives are applied in molten form by hand held applicators. Hot melt adhesives provide instant permanent bonding to a wide range of materials including cardboard, paper, fabrics, wood, plastics and metals. With over 50 formulations available, an adhesive is available for nearly every application.
Water based adhesives
These are water borne products which are solvent free. We can offer a product range with performance characteristics suitable for a wide range of applications eg, paper, card and wood.
Engineering Adhesives
- Cyanoacrylates (Superglues) cure in seconds giving high strength bonds to rubber, plastics, metals, wood, leather, ceramics, ferrite, stone, cork, glass and paper.
- Anaerobics for thread locking, retaining, sealing and gaskets
- Epoxies
Sealants
The range contains silicone sealants, polyurethane sealants, acrylic sealants, strip form sealants, butyl bead and mastics. Application equipment is also available.
Solvent Based Liquid Adhesives
Generally rubber based adhesives producing high performance bonds to most substrates. Primers, cleaners and thinners available.
