Lamination & Conversion
Customer specials can be manufactured using our lamination, sheeting and slitting equipment. Die cut shapes can be produced in both adhesive materials and Velcro®brand products.
Sheeter Laminator
The PS Adhesive Systems Sheeter laminator is capable of unwinding material from 152mm and 76mm cores and winding on to 76mm cores. We can make flexible materials, for example vinyls, felts and foams, self adhesive by laminating with products from our range of double sided adhesives.
Sheets
Sheeted materials are available in the following sizes:
- Width: 100mm – 1600mm
- Length: 200mm – 10 Metres
- Standard size sheets @ 1000mm x 700mm held as stock items.
Lathe Slitters
Our lathe slitters can deal with materials up to 1700mm wide and with a reel diameter up to 600mm.
Slitter/Rewinders
Our slitter/rewinders incorporate razor, crush and shear slitting techniques to give quality cutting of films, transfer tapes and all general purpose adhesive materials up to a maximum width of 1600mm. Narrow widths can be wound to lengths of up to 500 Metres. Cores with an id of 76mm or 50mm are standard.
